Are the base shoes included in the price?

Yes, the listed price includes the shoes. You do not need to provide the shoes. I purchase all pairs at full retail price directly from the retailer (e.g., Nike). Please note that I do not work on counterfeit sneakers, and LeiLabCrystals does not manufacture the base shoes.

Can I request a design that isn’t shown on your website or social media?

Absolutely! I’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Email [email protected] or message @LeiLabCrystals on Instagram to inquire. 

What if I don't know exactly what I want?

No problem! We can schedule a consultation to explore different options. I’m here to help guide you through the process and create something you love!

What are Swarovski Crystals?

Swarovski crystals are precision-engineered crystals made in Austria using a specialized formula and advanced cutting technology. Each crystal is cut with up to 16 precisely aligned facets designed to maximize light refraction, creating exceptional brilliance and sparkle. Swarovski is widely recognized for producing some of the finest cut crystals in the world.

Compared to resin or standard glass rhinestones, Swarovski crystals have sharper facets, richer color, and longer-lasting shine. Resin rhinestones are more affordable but dull or scratch over time, while basic glass rhinestones lack Swarovski’s precision and light performance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere! Based in Maryland, U.S., shipping within the U.S. is FREE. International shipping starts at $65 USD, and tracking information will be provided.

How do I figure out my shoe size?

Please refer to the Nike shoe size chart to confirm your size. Still unsure? I recommend trying them on in a store near you.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. Please reach out to discuss your timeline.

May I send you my shoes?

Yes, I’m happy to work on your new, unworn pair! Please reach out so I can adjust your price accordingly. I do not customize counterfeit items.

Do you offer payment plans?

I offer Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout through Affirm, AfterPay, and Klarna.

• Affirm: Subject to eligibility, may not be available in all states. Provided by Affirm.com/lenders. California residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made under California Finance Lenders Law license.
• Klarna: Monthly financing issued by WebBank, member FDIC. Other California loans are made under California Financing Law license.

Orders are completed and shipped within 4-8 weeks of payment date. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2-5 business days. We ship via UPS and USPS. Tracking information will be provided. 

Are the crystals durable?

Yes! Swarovski crystals are designed for long-lasting durability. Your pair is crafted for maximum security and with longevity in mind. 

How should I care for my custom sneakers?

To maintain the crystal design, I recommend cleaning the crystals with a damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals. When using sneaker cleaning solutions for the sole, avoid the crystal design areas. 

Can I request a return or exchange?

These products are made-to-order. Returns can not be accepted unless you receive an incorrect order. We cannot exchange sizes.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available and can be used toward any custom sneaker order.
